I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor based on the unceded traditional territory of the K’ómoks First Nation/Cumberland, BC, offering virtual therapy to make quality mental health support more accessible and flexible for your life.
My approach is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and respect. I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative conversation—where you feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I integrate evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs, always through a holistic lens.
Many experiences shaped my path to becoming a therapist — including time as a varsity athlete, a wildfire fighter, a performer, singer-songwriter, and secondary school teacher. I’ve also been deeply committed to mental health advocacy, particularly in promoting wellness within the skilled trades. These roles have shaped how I understand resilience, change, identity, and the importance of human connection.
I was born and raised in Saskatchewan, and those prairie roots still ground me. But it's here on the west coast—where I’ve lived for almost 20 years—that I’ve found a deep sense of home.
Whether you’re seeking clarity during a life change, working through long-standing patterns, or simply needing a space to process and heal, I’m here to walk alongside you.

I believe that a better world begins within each of us.
When we learn to embrace ourselves with authenticity, presence, and compassion, the way we move through the world changes. We bring more patience to our relationships, more courage to our choices, and more kindness to our communities. These quiet shifts ripple outward, touching lives in ways we may never fully see.
My mission is to cultivate those ripples through therapy—helping people reconnect with themselves so that healing extends beyond the individual and becomes part of something larger: a more compassionate world.
